APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOR THIS MOVE

  1. Official USDA identification, registry brand or registry tattoo, if the animal is accompanied by an official brand or breed registration certificate.

  2. Interstate Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (ICVI) issued by an accredited veterinarian 30 days or less prior to entry, with official ID numbers recorded on the certificate.

  3. Negative tuberculosis test within 60 days of movement. Date of test and test result must be recorded on the CVI.

  4. Negative trichomoniasis test within 30 days of movement. Date of test and test result must be recorded on the CVI.

    • 'Bright' tags
    • OCV/Bangs tags (orange)
    • USDA metal tags
  2. AIN tags

    • '840' prefix
    • '900' series (mfr. codes) and "USA" prefix (official ID only for tags manufactured before March 11, 2014 and applied before 3/11/2015)
