  2. Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by an accredited veterinarian 30 days or less prior to entry, identification need not be recorded.

  3. Bulls originate from a herd that is enrolled in a Certified Trichomoniasis Free Herd Program or other certification program that is substantially similar.
