APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOR THIS MOVE

  1. No official identification required, unless entering Missouri for exhibition.

  2. Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by an accredited veterinarian 30 days or less prior to entry.

  3. Bulls must be accompanied by a breeder's certification of virgin status signed by the breeder or his/her representative attesting that the bulls are virgins. If bulls are known to be non-virgin, a negative individual (not pooled) Trichomoniasis test is required within 30 days of entry.

  4. If animals are traveling from a county with a positive Vesicular Stomatitis premise you must obtain an entry permit and include the VS statement: I have examined these animals and verify they are free of signs of Vesicular Stomatitis and they have not been on a positive premises within the last 14 days. Entry permit required and must be recorded on the CVI. Please call 573-751-3377 (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Central), or use the online permitting system, which requires prior registration.

  1. NUES 9 tags

    • silver 'brite' tags
    • OCV/Bangs tags (orange)
  2. AIN tags - RFID or visual

    • '840' prefix
    • '900' prefix (only for tags manufactured before March 11, 2014 and applied before March 11, 2015)
  3. Tattoo, if purebred, with proof of registration accompanying shipment.
