Dairy Cattle and HPAI

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry recommends that dairy cattle be tested prior to moving into Oklahoma and that dairy cattle be isolated for 21 days after being imported.

APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOR THIS MOVE

  1. No official identification required.

  2. Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by an accredited veterinarian 30 days or less prior to entry, no identification need be recorded.

  3. A statement, 'These are not Mexican origin cattle' must be recorded on the CVI.
